This transformation requires a rethink to how we build our software and AI agents. There will be billions if not trillions of agents spawning into the world each day to assist a user with a task then fading away while stashing their learnings for the next one that comes along. Individually specifying and managing each ephemeral agent rapidly becomes untenable. Instead, we need to shift to assembling intelligence bottom-up from context.
